When will my order ship?+
The Èlan ships in the first week of July 2026 via Delhivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Pre-order customers receive priority shipping.
How does the pre-order deposit work?+
Pay ₹999 today to reserve your unit at the early adopter price of ₹3,499. Before shipping in July, we contact you to collect the remaining ₹2,500. You are not charged the balance until your order is ready to ship.
How much do I get back if I return it?+
No-reason return: ₹2,000 refunded of ₹3,499 paid (within 7 days, unused, original packaging). Warranty defect return: full ₹3,499 refunded. Warranty replacement: free new unit dispatched. See our Returns section for full details.
Can I cancel my pre-order?+
You may cancel and receive a full refund of your ₹999 deposit within 7 days of placing it. After 7 days the deposit becomes non-refundable. Once the product ships, our standard return policy applies.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?+
Manufacturing defects, electrical faults, and plate damage under normal use. Does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse. Email contact@themirelleatelier.com to initiate a warranty claim with photos of the defect.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order section on this page. Enter your Delhivery tracking number sent to your email after dispatch. You can also track directly at delhivery.com. Tracking numbers are sent in July 2026 when orders are dispatched.
Can I use it internationally?+
Yes. The Èlan is universal voltage (100–240V, 50/60Hz) — compatible worldwide. Just a local plug adapter where needed. No voltage converter required.
